Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive your item.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@senerport.com. Please note that returns need to be sent to the following address: 17406 Westmill Lane, Charlotte, NC 28277.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Merchandise returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage & Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it. 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable ItemsSome
types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. 

The quickest way to exchange
to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you have and then purchase a new item separately once the return has been accepted. 

EU 14-day cooling-off periodNotwithstanding
the foregoing, if the goods are being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving any reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. 

RefundsWe
will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically get a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it's
been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at support@senerport.com.
